THE ROUND TABLE
The Round Table connects passionate entrepreneurs into small-group coaching and mentoring experiences, with a combination of simple and accessible business strategies and personal and professional growth. As a group we share the learnings, challenges and solutions to go beyond what we otherwise thought possible.
What is The Round Table?
We invite 4-6 exceptional people from a range of backgrounds that we know are on a similar journey to spend 6 months together through live group video conferencing and one on one connections so there's no time wasted traveling. We will follow a content rich agenda designed to give you the tools to develop through your challenges and opportunities and create the space and support to go on the journey with others alongside you.
As an entrepreneur it is often lonely and difficult to know who to talk to that understands how it feels. The Round Table provides you a structured process to be supported and stretched and learn from others. You will get a deep coaching experience to push and challenge you on your personal and professional journey.
The program consists of 10 x 2 hour sessions over 20 weeks (fortnightly) plus 1:1 and additional support and a private mentoring session with Darren.
Each session will:
- Be coached and facilitated by Darren and special guests from around the world openly sharing his experience and tools from over 30 years of his own
businesses and coaching hundreds of others
- Be recorded and available for you to rewatch and review
- Introduce best practice business tools and strategies
- Grow your leadership capability
- Give you the opportunity to experience deep coaching and support for the real issues in your business and life today
- Be accompanied by templates, frameworks, tools and methodologies for you to take and immediately implement and make your own
The Round Table Series
In addition to the 10 sessions there will be structured connection calls with other participants.
The series will also incorporate focus sessions from external experts sharing their business journey and particular skills and experience in areas from leadership, managing people, sales and marketing and personal development.

The Round Table series is designed to create the perfect environment for passionate entrepreneurs and business owners to achieve results way beyond what they thought possible in their business and life. You will be challenged, supported, held accountable and inspired to exceptional outcomes. You will discover what great looks like for you at the beginning of the series and the group will work together with you to achieving those outcomes.
We believe that as an entrepreneur you can’t really separate life and business so we’ll be diving into both. This isn’t just business or life coaching, it’s also going to spend time in the overlap and the space in between. You should expect very tangible return on investment in financial terms as well as your own growth. You should expect to have conversations you have never had before.

What got us to here won’t get us to the next part of our business and personal development so if you’re willing to fully show up, be present and be open to new ways of living and doing business - then this is for you. You need to commit to making the time to participate in the sessions and we’ll commit to giving you back a lot more.

What do we do?
Darren will facilitate a combination of planned process of introducing tools and frameworks to directly implement into your business and in life as well as discussion and debate diving into specific issues and challenges.
You will be joining 4-6 successful, committed people who will interact and support each other to go further and achieve more than they ever thought possible!
Once you sign up, you’ll receive your invitation to the Zoom room (the video-conferencing platform) with immediate access to some of the content as well as questionnaires, agendas and other information about the program.
An agenda and course material for each session will be distributed a week prior to enable you to think about the topics in advance and influence the conversations. Together we will agree at the beginning and during the process what you want and need. After each session, you‘ll have access to the recorded video plus notes from the session. The target will be an exceptional outcome for each participant with an array of tools and collaterals and new learning you are able to keep using in your organisation and life beyond the series.
